Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the U.S for orders over $75.00 and at the moment we do not offer free international shipping.

 

Order Processing

The processing time varies for anything custom. Please understand it may vary depending on size, color and type of custom piece.


All items ship out of the USA, so please allow at least 5 business days once your order has shipped. Normally it's quicker but due to Covid-19 five days max. 

All items shipping International delivery times usually vary between 7 to 10 working days from date of shipment, except for Christmas time which should be another 7 working days on top of the normal delivery times. 

For international Holiday time shoppers, please be aware that I am not responsible for any delays in shipping during this time and I cannot guarantee that your purchase will make it before the Holiday, specially if your order was placed two weeks before. Respectfully order a month in advance.

 

Track Your Goods
You will receive a tracking number in an email once the order has been shipped. U.S and Canada orders travel by UPS and international orders travel by DHL Express.

 

The Nitty Gritty 
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money.  Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
