RETURNS

- We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order once received.
You may also contact me after placing an order to make a change with your order, if only:
A. Your order has not yet been fulfilled.
B. The item is not the same price point of the item you actually ordered.
Contact ashley@ashleymay.shop to do any of the things above.
Lastly, Custom Pieces must be treated with the exact care written in the instructions when ordered. This way your piece has longevity and avoid expected damage that will occur when not reading the instructions.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are not refundable and do not expire.

GIFT WRAPPING DETAILS:

- At the moment we do not offer gift wrapping.
